Boudoir : Ms. B

One thing that is so incredible about my job is the people that I have the opportunity to meet and get to know. With Ms. B, I fell in love right away. I met her on her wedding day, which we had the pleasure of photographing. Immediately I was taken aback by what a sweet, gorgeous bride she was and her wonderful sense of humor. Also, it was very special to see the love between her and Mr. B. Something I will never forget is at their reception, he said in his speech, "I'm so lucky to have the sexiest woman as my wife!" I couldn't stop smiling.

When Ms. B contacted me for a boudoir session, I was SO excited. The day finally arrived and spending the morning with her, her good friend and Cassy was a party! We had the best time together, and I can't remember ever laughing that much while working :)

There really are no words to explain to you what a joy it was to document the amazing woman Ms. B is at this time in her life. She is out of this world beautiful...

Boudoir : Ester Part I

Photographing Ester will always be such a memorable experience for me. I felt we had a strong connection that flowed beautifully, almost magically. During the session, we barely spoke to each other, but I think that the words are woven into her series of photographs.

Since Ester is comfortable in front of the camera, I asked her if she had any advice for my other clients approaching their boudoir session. "I just did what felt natural most of the time and enjoyed the process. It was amazing being prepared and photographed by professionals and wearing beautiful lingerie. I felt great about myself and had so much fun."

Boudoir : Ms. O

This absolutely stunning, well-traveled, artist, mother and grandmother just turned 60 years old in July. For Ms. O's birthday, her daughter-in-law wanted to give her the perfect gift. Recently having fallen in love with the idea of a boudoir session, she surprised her with one as a beautiful celebration of the life she has led and the woman she is now.

I admire the relationship between Ms. O and her daughter-in-law. They are just like best friends, and she even joined us at the end of her boudoir session for coffee. I can't describe it as anything less than adorable.

It was a dream to photograph a woman with Ms. O's beauty and strength on this gorgeous summer day...
