Nearing 40 years old, this beautiful woman wanted to gift herself and surprise her husband with a boudoir session that could portray another dimension of who she is. We all know what it is like to be juggling our relationships, motherhood and careers at the same time. It can be difficult to connect with the part of ourselves that is only ours; a private, sacred space within, where self-exploration can begin.

While she describes herself as sometimes being shy, over the years, she has embraced her abilities as a mother and a business woman and gained a lot of confidence along the way. With only knowing her for a couple months now, I am simply so happy for her and the life she has created for herself.

She is the type of client I'm amazed by. That she can somehow hide this boudoir session from her husband for weeks while we go through the entire process which, for her, ended in a gorgeous album. The day she received it, she told me she was going to cook a romantic dinner for him at home and was planning on giving it then.

She told me, "You should have seen my husband's face when he opened the album. He was shocked, but in a good way. He said the pictures are amazingly beautiful! He couldn't believe that I could surprise him like that after 15 years together."
